How to Pay Your Deposit
Standard international card payments are not yet available for businesses in Uzbekistan due to local banking regulations. The methods below are safe, fast, and used by thousands of international travelers every day.
Card details sent in your confirmation
After you submit a booking request, we will send you the card number, recipient name, and bank details via WhatsApp or email. Use those details with the methods below.
Always send in USD β never UZS
When any of these apps ask for a currency or amount, make sure it shows USD. Never select UZS (Uzbek som) as the send or receive currency. Always enter the deposit amount in USD.
These send directly to the card we send you. Pay the deposit amount only.
Xoom
PayPal users Β· fastGo to xoom.com or open the Xoom app. Sign in with your PayPal account or create a free Xoom account.
Select Uzbekistan as the destination country.
Choose Bank Deposit or Debit Card as the delivery method.
Enter the card number and recipient name exactly as we sent you.
Enter the deposit amount in USD. Double-check the currency before confirming.
Complete the payment and save the confirmation reference number.
Xoom requires a PayPal account or free Xoom account. If Xoom is not available from your country, use Remitly next.
Remitly

Select your country, then choose Uzbekistan as the destination.
Select Debit Card or Bank Deposit as the delivery method.
Enter the card number and recipient name exactly as we sent you.
Enter the deposit amount in USD. Confirm it shows USD before proceeding.
Complete the payment and screenshot the confirmation screen.
Always enter the deposit amount in USD before confirming.
Paysend
Instant Β· flat fee $1.99Go to paysend.com or download the Paysend app.
Select Uzbekistan as the destination country.
Enter the card number and recipient name exactly as we sent you.
Enter the deposit amount in USD. Make sure the currency shows USD.
Complete payment. Fee is a flat $1.99 regardless of amount.

When Paysend asks for card type, select Uzcard or Visa depending on the card we sent you. Do not switch the recipient currency to UZS.
These are cash pickup services. Because of the extra steps involved, we require the full trip amount via these methods.
Western Union

We will send you the recipient name and city via WhatsApp for this step.
Select Cash Pickup as the delivery method.
Enter the full trip amount in USD.
Note the MTCN tracking number shown after payment.
Send the MTCN number to our WhatsApp immediately.
Full trip amount is required for cash pickup. Once we collect the cash, your booking is fully confirmed.
MoneyGram

We will send you the recipient name and city via WhatsApp for this step.
Select Cash Pickup as the delivery method.
Enter the full trip amount in USD.
Note the reference number shown after payment.
Send the reference number to our WhatsApp immediately.
Full trip amount is required for cash pickup. Your booking is confirmed once we collect the cash.

Screenshot or save the payment confirmation. Make sure it shows the amount, date, and reference or MTCN number.
Send it to us
Send the screenshot and your booking reference to [email protected] or WhatsApp. Include your name and travel date.
We confirm within 2 hours
Once we verify the payment, we send your booking confirmation with driver or guide details.
Common questions
Why can't I just pay by card on your website?
Uzbekistan-based businesses cannot currently access international payment gateways like Stripe or PayPal. This is a banking regulation issue, not a TourFixer limitation. The methods above are how international tourists pay for services in Uzbekistan.
When do I receive the card details to send money to?
After you submit your booking request and we confirm availability, we send you the card number, recipient name, and bank name via WhatsApp or email. Only then do you make the payment.
Is my money safe?
Yes. Xoom, Remitly, Paysend, Western Union, and MoneyGram are all regulated financial services used globally. Every transfer has a reference number you can track.
What if I send in UZS by mistake?
Contact us immediately on WhatsApp. Always enter the amount in USD when prompted.
What if I paid but haven't received confirmation?
Send your payment screenshot to our WhatsApp immediately. We confirm within 2 hours between 8amβ10pm Tashkent time. If it has been more than 2 hours, message us again.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. This is because we reserve your driver or guide specifically for your date.
