We used this service while travelling in Uzbekistan. Definitely can recommend. We did 6 day tours in Tashkent, Bukhara and Khiva. All tours were coordinated by TF with local guides who were professional and spoke excellent English. Communication was straightforward using WhatsApp. Prices were reasonable. A couple of the tours were underwhelming but that wasn't because of the guide, it was due to my choice of religious sites that didn't have significance to me.
